Shared Food to Needy Person in Banda Aceh Province

ASAR Humanity Aceh shared food packages at several points in Banda Aceh, Indonesia. This food package is a mandate from benefactors who have been entrusted with ASAR Humanity Aceh to be distributed to those in need, Friday (30/09/2022).

"Today we distribute food packages at several points, starting from the Al-A'la Mosque in Cot Masjid to the Banda Aceh landfill. We named this activity BBM (Bahagia Berbagi Makanan) with the philosophy that when we start sharing it is not only the recipient who is happy but first it gives a feeling of happiness to the benefactors.” said Akhi Munandar, Head of the Aceh Humanity ASAR Branch.

Next he explained about the sustainability of this BBM program.

“Of course, all goodness must be multiplied. Likewise with this fuel. We will invite all donors to participate in this activity, even if it is only 1 food package every Friday." Strictly

l Fahmi, as a volunteer who took part in this activity, said that this activity will also improve the local economy.

“From the beginning, the donor only gave donations according to the contract, then we spent it in the form of food. And we also buy from local traders, of course the impact will be big. The donors are happy, the local entrepreneurs are happy and the recipients are also happy,” he said.
